Introducción

This spring cone crusher is typically designed to process a variety of mid-hard and above mid-hard ores and rocks in different fields, like metallurgy, construction, road building, chemistry, etc.
When compared with jaw crusher, the spring cone crusher has more advantages, such as stable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment, lower operational costs, and more. Its spring safety system is used as the overload protection system to allow foreign iron lumps to get through the crushing chamber without damage to the crusher. Both glycerin and water sealing modes are employed to separate the stone powder and lubrication oil, thus achieving stable and reliable operation. The shape of the crushing chamber is decided by the size of feeding material. The standard form (PYB) is suitable for medium crushing, and the medium and short ones is appropriate for fine crushing.

Principios de funcionamiento

Los materiales se comprimen y aplastan entre los conos móviles y fijos. Por lo tanto, la trituradora de cono de resorte es más avanzada y eficiente que la trituradora de mandíbula. Su cono móvil está sostenido por el cojinete esférico, y el fijo por un eje erecto colgante que se coloca en el manguito excéntrico del cojinete de tope y empuje.
Tanto el cono móvil como el eje erecto son accionados por el manguito del eje excéntrico. Y el manguito del eje excéntrico es impulsado por un eje horizontal y un engranaje fabricado, y la rueda de la cinta transportadora es impulsada directamente por el motor a través de las correas trapezoidales. La parte inferior del eje vertical está montada en el manguito excéntrico. Cuando el manguito excéntrico gira, se forma una superficie cónica. Una vez que el cono móvil se mueve cerca del fijo, las rocas y los minerales se rompen, y cuando el cono móvil se va, se descargará el material triturado. Además, el cono fijo puede subir y bajar para ajustar el ancho del orificio de descarga.
